The next time a recruiter complains they do not have time to use social media to build a community of great candidates remind them why vegetables are often tasteless these days; a bit much like most of their (candidate) relationships. You can force nature but you ultimately pay the price!

Having seen off Guru many blue moons ago it looks like Guru has sent in one his minions Rob Moss (actually one of the good guys, clearly under some kind of threat by the bullying blue headed one) to try and rile me yet again. Personnel Today, after probably 2 years of arguing internally and a day in development, have at long last launched a competitor to Talent Cloud, the UK's first social network for HR and Talent Management professionals.
Design and functionality clearly not high on the agenda!
I'll leave my thoughts there for now whilst the battle lines are drawn.
