With over 20 years recruitment experience and the last few years being heavily involved in using social media, Peter now advises employers on how to use social media for both internal and external talent management initiatives, as well as "more traditional" on-line recruitment activities ranging from attraction to measuring results. Unlike many other 'experts', Peter stays around to see the results of his advice and has many case studies and examples of how clients such as Pets at Home, Mothercare and Tesco have delivered tangible business results.

About running!

Peter also runs Ultra Marathons for part fun, part charity. Previous events have included 7 day events such as the infamous Marathon des Sables and The Jungle Marathon plus the 95 mile West Highland Way Race in a day! In the February 2013 he was one of only twelve finishers of the 430 mile Yukon Arctic Ultra.
