Why you should NOT have a Facebook recruitment Page!

Having your own Facebook Page for recruitment may sound like a great idea but for most recruiters you should start by maximising your corporate presence using a jobs App. Why?
  • Because you don't have time.
  • Because you don't have enough traffic to warrant one.
  • Because your candidates won't find it.
  • Because your CORPORATE PAGE already has 1,000's of fans - make use of them!

Then, once you have "exploited" your corporate brand you will have some data to see if you need to set-up a separate recruitment Page.
