Recruiters need to get fit again for 2010

It would seem that looking back a lot of corporate recruiters had a lot more things to do last year than recruit but now we are into 2010 it seems like they are all back down the gym trying to get back their strength.  But, you lose it a lot quicker than you gain it so how long will it take to get back?

Although social recruiting seems to be high on a few agendas (we filled our social recruiting workshop in 48 hours albeit places are free this time) recruiters cannot just pick up the big weights without doing a bit of a warm-up first and easing into it gently; otherwise something is likely to break.  So, if you've had a bit of an easy time, put on a few pounds, and kind of left things to lie fallow, don't go pumping iron without getting a bit of a check-up first!

Not sure where to start?  We can help:

Of course, you can just go for it, right now and then call in the physio later when you've pulled something :)
