Who will do the doing? Recruitment 20??

The world never stops changing and recruitment is a sector that is full of innovators but alas, recruitment is still seen by too many businesses as an annoyance.  But, here is what I think will happen in the not so distant future.  But please note: Only the smart recruiters will be able to grasp these points but I still look forward to abuse and sarcasm.

A message to Corporate Recruiters; your destiny awaits:

• Job boards will pay you.
• You will charge agencies.
• You will sell “product”.
• You will make a PROFIT.
• Your net cost-per-hire will be ZERO.
