Twitter will kill off recruitment agencies

Doh

Of course it won't but it will have an impact as will all other social media channels.  It's not about what Twitter does, but how you use it.  Many corporate recruiters are getting in on Twitter but just having a brand and a profile won't deliver much at all.  The social recruiter has a chance to grow even in this market but they have to open their eyes and be prepared to adapt.  Remember when job boards first appeared?  Not many thought they would rule recruitment advertising so quickly but, will they themselves survive?

The social network is half full; drink while you can.  www.twitterworkshops.co.uk
