Do your Tweets get heard by job seekers?

Can you hear me

Recruiters are always to quick to jump on new bandwagons and Twitter is no different; and who can blame them.  But is Twitter going to be a success for job seekers and recruiters; particularly when Twycross Zoo had 3,000 people turn up, in person, for 150 jobs working with animals i.e. not highly paid jobs.

As with many aspects of social media, there is lots of commentary but never enough hard evidence or facts to base decisions on.  I do know of some recruiters that can show some value from Twitter but how many ways are recruiters going to be using Twitter over the coming months.  Feel free to leave a comment and let me know.  I'll be starting a quick survey soon to try and get some more feedback which I will share here.
