The Origin of Talent Managment

Darwin Will organisations (HR) apply Darwin's theory that

"It's not the strongest or most intelligent that survive; it’s those that are willing and able to adapt and change."

When reviewing their people, and in some cases letting some go, who are they choosing and why? But more importantly, are HR themselves adapting to the new economic climate.

Are HR going to start maximising social media tools to become more efficient?

I hope so!
