Where next for the ATS?

Every time I hear from someone that they are about to implement an ATS it's like hearing from someone who's about to have their first baby.  On one hand you congratulate them and assuming you are already a parent, you 'pity' them not knowing what it is REALLY like!

Is this too controversial for HR?

I showed this video to a group of HR people.  Some thought it funny, some thought it unacceptable.  Was it the nudity, bondage or general view of HR?  Is it a good idea to screen out prospective customers this way on the basis that if this is too uncorporate then social media in the workplace is not for them?

Either way, here it is again.  What do you think?

Mr Ted launches free ATS

Not only a daft name (Mr Ted) but now an even dafter proposition.  Or does Mr T have some grand plan behind it all?
