Sodexo 2.0

Sodexo in the US have gone quite a way with using web 2.0 tools to enhance their recruiting performance.

Sodexo UK for some reason seem to be somewhat lagging behind but I'm sure they will follow-up soon.

The YouTube page in particular is very good with a lot of content.  Well done Sodexo US - way to go!!

So in summary Sodexo US have:

• A YouTube page.
• A Facebook profile.
• A Linkedin profile.
• A blog.
• A newsletter.
• They even Twitter!
• And provide a job widget.

Admittedly I had to find all of this via one of their micro-sites which are another great example of the work they are doing.  The one odd quirk across the UK and US career sites is that they both offer a job search option for countries other than their own i.e. US allow you to search UK and vice versa yet neither have any jobs in these locations - unless of course you know to go to the other career site for your country.  Not a major issue but a simple one to fix.

Overall, one of the best corporate examples of web 2.0 recruiting IMHO.
