Vurv SAP acquisition | It was Taleo all along!

So the rumour was part true.  Vurv have been acquired but not by SAP but by Taleo.

Looks like the smoke signals were puffing out some decent messages after all.

It will be interesting to see whether Taleo/Vurv will be able to shed their "American image", convincing the global market of being a truly global player and getting a better footing in EMEA (and other markets) outside the USA.

Always a challenge that Vurv just could not fully overcome...

Agreed lets see if they can pull this off. In the meantime I imagine the European vendors have a window of opportunity whilst Taleo and Vurv rationalise and integrate their businesses, should keep them busy enough for Stepstone and Jobpartners to gain some nice business.
