Is this the beginning of the end?
Interesting approach to social recruiting. I'm also in hiring mode and expect anyone who works with me to be active online; Facebook profile, reading blogs, twitter etc.
The criteria are changing, is a CV needed anymore?

There certainly is a range of types of info being requested. Some are still wanting word doc's (I have my LinkedIn profile link embedded in my name). And my cover letter has links to my blog, LinkedIn & Facebook at the bottom - for a reason.
I read recently that 80% of jobs are acquired thru a person's network. I think we've already seen a shift to the importance of personal branding & networking.
