Talent Management Software

Talent_management_2
As we enter the supposed recession will Talent Management Software increase in value to the organisation or reduce?  Will Talent Management become easier or harder as top people become less transient or will they become an even more sought after resource?

There is much talk about the impending recession but regardless of the forecast growth patterns across the World, managing top talent will not change.  Top people will remain as the most important aspect of any organisation as tough times need even stronger leadership.  So how will this affect the Talent Management Software vendors.

I would expect they will see even more interest in the various modules they offer but as ever, how does the customer work out what works well and for whom?  Unlike e-recruitment software (that is outward facing) that is easy to see, Talent Management Software is:

1. Not seen by the outside World.
2. Not generally 'advertised' by the employers as their talent management strategy is not something they want to share with their competitors.

So, we see there being a significant increase in the demand for independent, external advice on how to make the most of talent management software.

Hello

Picked up your blog as we are in the Talent Management business too, and interested in your comments on US software suppliers. I look forward to reading more of your blogs, in the meantime, I have to ask..what are you doing in that pond?!
