Social recruiting | Profile your target audience

Forrester's Social Technographics® classifies consumers into six overlapping levels of participation and the slides below explain the six categories.

The key point for me is that this can be applied to your target market for top talent so I would strongly advise (yes, that means I really do think you should) that you should watch these slides and then join in the debate that will be raging (I hope) on the Talent Management Network.
