Online application process

Top 100 Retail Career Sites - Best Application Process Winner - 3 Careers

Is the application process important when considering your recruitment performance?  We know it is but read what 3 say.

"We're really pleased to have won this award.  Giving a great candidate experience is the focus of all our recruitment activity, and whilst an online application process enables us to manage candidates efficiently, it can be really frustrating for applicants if it's too lengthy or cumbersome.

We revamped our whole careers site in 2007, introducing videos about what it's like to work at 3, so candidates could really get a feel for our culture.  We stripped the application process right back to basics, ensuring that it didn't take longer than 10 minutes.

The result was that overnight, our "bounce rate" (the number of people who land on our careers site and leave straight away, without clicking through to other pages) decreased from 65% to 7%."

So, if that doesn't convince you I'm not sure what will!
