When I was a young apprentice mechanic, page 3 had a very particular meaning in the workshops.  I can't say I ever expected to be on page 3 of ANY publication yet this week, there we were, on Page 3 of Personnel Today.

OK, so it wasn't exactly a picture of me posing but it was a useful article around the Top 100 Retail Career Sites programme we have just completed and started to roll-out across the industry.
