We have today completed the first phase of our social network which is part of the Top 100 Retail Career Sites programme.  The Top 100 marketing activities will commence towards the end of this week which I will of course blog about but in the first instance here's an image of the Retail HR E-recruiting network.  As is always the case, Ning decides to go Nong on our first day!!

The network is invite only and is aimed at corporate recruiters with a small number of service providers being allowed to join.  There are however rules to follow as below:

RULE 1
No blatant selling or marketing; you will see the options for this on the site.  Be professional, controversial, opinionated etc but don’t do direct selling, marketing or hassling people!
