Why Google Adwords is better than a job board

There is a very good reason why job boards use SEM but in particular Google Adwords to drive traffic to their sites - it works!

However, you have to know how to get the most out of it and only today, I found even more useful targeting options.

Obviously a job board can let you place an advert in a single location, or just 2 or 3 but at around £200 each it soon adds up; even the 'unlimited' packages are becoming a little more limited.

Using Google's latest bulk targeting you can use a single set of ads and pick some specific locations.

Very useful when you are towards the end of a campaign and have a few holes to fill - puts even more pressure on the job boards to perform!
