What will stop Tesco growth?

Or any other big, succesful business?

I went into my local Tesco on Saturday and struggled to get everything on my very short list.  The shelves were half empty, they were short of staff, not all tills were open, and it was packed out with people.  And a number of them were complaining to managers about lack of stock.  So until shelf replenishment is fully automated, they will have to rely on people; but without enough people, shelves will not be kept fully stocked.  Customers will not therefore spend as much as they could have spent and, should there be a decent Sainsburys, Waitrose, ASDA or Morrisons nearby, some customers will defect!  It is of course the same for all of them.

Bottom line, if they don't get their local recruitment right, then they will suffer.  And if this is the best they can do for local advertising, then hurry up Sainsburys, we need you now!!
