The four measures of e-recruitment success

For 2007 our focus will be on:

  • Attraction.
  • Process.
  • People skills.
  • Analysis.

All of this will form part of the plan for 2007, using a training regime concept I use for my running, I will have the same for each of my clients.  If we know where we want to be, we can work out 1) Is it real 2) What we need to do and 3) Where we are at anytime.

Often I see reactive chaos that makes it difficult to do much else other than more of the same.  2007 will be different - better activities, measures and results.
