Get rid of those job descriptions

One of the first things I will be trying to get my customers to STOP doing, is using job descriptions as their job advert.  A Store Manager will know what is going to be expected of them; managing staff, reducing shrinkage, increasing sales blah, blah, blah.  They need to be told why they should bother to apply.  Something such as location, salary or maybe even brand has got them to the point of looking so don't lose them by showing a boring job description.

So, make the ads interesting.  It's a simple step, only part of the whole change that needs to take place, but it should be one of the easiest!

Here's to better adverts in 2007.
