If you have the time, brain power and well, interest, here's a post worth a read.

If you can't be don't, in summary it goes on about a number of US based 'thought leaders' in online recruitment.  OK, maybe this may be the case in the US but it's like the World Series - yep, the one World Series that only gets played in North America (inc' Canada of course!).  So maybe they are World Thought Leaders as the rest of us don't really matter.

Well, let's have a think shall we.  Leading UK ATS - not American. Leading UK job board - not American.  Leading online test vendor - not American; I could go on.  There are very few online recruitment players from the US that make much impact in the UK or the rest of Europe.  World Thought Leaders - maybe, but I reckon we have a few of our own but as ever don't shout quite as loud.

Well, maybe we should shout a little louder and let them know we are here!
