Bad service

I get really pissed at crap service; from shops to technology, people to systems.  Take my new phone with Microsoft Mobile.  Outlook does not send/receive e-mail, it only syncs with your PC.  You have to add separate e-mail accounts e.g. the one that is in use with Outlook on your PC and view these e-mails separately.  Why??  No one knows.

Basic typos on web sites that have been introduced by a developer who doesn't bother to check their work; someone else does QC!

Bin men that leave crap in your bins during the summer so you get maggots crawling around; not their fault the council only collect fortnightly.

Customer Support people that never call you back; they can't be found again so why should they care?

Yep, I make mistakes but I take responsibility for them.  Maybe that's why I just keep going, same old same old crap is not for me.  But hey, do us all a favour, just do a good job because it makes life better for everyone.

As I tell my kids; there are many people out there with sod all yet here we all are, not making the most of what we have, and what we have to give.
