Full biography
I realised late in life that I would like to be a professional runner but, not being as fast as I really need to be (to make money at it) or wealthy enough (not to need to work), I spend 50% of my time finding out how employers can best use social media technology as part of their talent management strategy. Social media is taking over our lives yet so many organisations are panic whenever the hear Facebook or YouTube! With so many people using such sites, and many others, if you *think* you need to get a better grasp on social media but are not sure where to start, well, this is as good a place as any other. Outside of working I spend 25% of time running (hence I don't run fast enough) and 25% of my time as a taxi driver/Dad. If there was anymore time available I'd do more sleeping and less Blogging!
